Buying a modeling portfolio tips

I bought a new Prat portfolio last week (for modeling) at on 18th Street, on their website I don't see their Prat Portfolios but in the store there is a collection and I found the portfolios less expensive than other places in the city. Expect to spend $50-$100 depending on the one you get. You want a good one because people DO still ask to see your portfolio even in this digital age. Getting the right portfolio is important- you don't want one with a cheap, bendable, flexed, or plastic feel, this portfolio is going to go through a lot, I think leather or faux leather looks nice, and one that's 12.5" x 9.5" to hold 9 X 11 prints (I use for prints) and mine looks like this: Also finding a handbag to fit your portfolio can be tough and I like my new C.Wonder bag, the portfolio does stick out some but still it's easy to carry and so cute, love the olive color! I stopped by the SoHo C.Wonder store last weekend and I was impressed:

Rock on!
